Looking at age-grades, the stand-out performances were Jenny Blizard (17:22 for 89.6% F40), Lesley Ewart (22:13 for 88.7% F60), and John Convery (17:40 for 88.1% M55). Two others broke the 85% barrier: David Tune (16:45 for 86.7% M45) and David Smithers (16:49 for 85.1% M45). Well done all!
